Here, we start by teaching the basics of Muay Thai, including the stance, basic strikes, kicks, and punches. Safety is paramount when teaching any martial art to children. Thus, we make sure to teach proper techniques and provide clear instructions on how to avoid injuries.
At Muaythai Boxing Academy, we create a supportive and positive environment that encourages kids to practice without fear of judgment or criticism. Creative games such as "Tag the Pad," "Catch the Kicks," and other variations are also used to make the sessions playful and interesting.
