• The event is open to children and families of all age groups. Children up to 12 years must enter with a Kids Pass, while attendees above 12 years require an Adult Pass.
• Every child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the event.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.
• Children should participate only in activities that are appropriate for their age and comfort level.
• Please follow the instructions provided by the event staff and activity facilitators at all times.
• Costumes are encouraged! Please ensure costumes, masks and accessories are safe, comfortable and do not obstruct the child’s vision or movement.
• Props and costume accessories that may pose a safety risk to other attendees are not permitted.
• Entry is subject to valid ticket/pass verification at the venue.
• Tickets are subject to availability and are confirmed only after successful booking/payment.
• The event organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, activities or event programming due to operational, weather or safety requirements.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is fit to participate in the activities. Children who are unwell or have an injury/condition that may affect safe participation should not participate.
• By attending the event, parents/guardians consent to event photography and videography of themselves and their children for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
• Restrooms will be available at the venue.
• Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.
• Outside food and beverages, including water bottles and tiffins, will not be permitted inside the event venue.
• The event will be primarily held in an open/outdoor area, with designated indoor zones for specific experiences.
• Parents/guardians are advised to keep their personal belongings secure. The organizers are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Children may move between activity zones only with their parent/guardian. Parents/guardians should remain with their children during all activities, performances and experiences.

Please note that HallowVille is part of the larger HorrorCon festival, which is a separate, broader event and includes adult-oriented elements such as designated smoking and drinking areas.

We request parents to exercise their discretion before booking. If these elements may be uncomfortable for your family, please consider this before purchasing tickets.

HallowVille itself is a kids-focused zone.

1. Is there an age restriction for the event?
The event is open to all age groups. However, children up to 12 years must purchase a Kids Pass, while attendees above 12 years need an Adult Pass.

2. Is parking available?
Yes, both free and paid parking options will be available at or near the venue. Parking is subject to availability and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early.

3. What is the nearest metro station to the event?
Okhla NSIC Metro Station. 

4. Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?
No. Tickets are non-refundable.

5. Are there facilities for individuals with disabilities?
The venue does not have dedicated facilities or accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

6. What is the dress code for the event?
There is no specific dress code. However, since it’s Halloween, we encourage everyone to come dressed in their favourite spooky, fun or creative costume! We also recommend dressing appropriately for the weather and the event.

7. Will food and beverages be available at the venue?
Yes. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.

8. Will the event be held indoors or outdoors?
The event will primarily be held in an open area. 

9. Can kids attend using a regular Adult Ticket?
No. Children up to 12 years need to purchase a Kids Pass. Attendees above 12 years need to purchase an Adult Pass.

10. What can parents do at the event?
Parents can enjoy the Mentalist Show, Halloween Parade, Haunted House, Halloween-themed Photobooths, Live Storytelling & Podcasts, Short Film Screenings, Live Performances, Open Mics, Creator Meet & Greets, and explore a variety of shopping stalls.

11. Are water bottles, outside food or tiffins allowed?
No. Outside food, water bottles and tiffins are not permitted inside the event.
